What do you mean with "Free shipping worldwide on orders over 80€"

We work together with manufacturers that offer production all over the world. This means we can offer you free shipping worldwide if your order exceeds 80€. Yeah, we know – it’s amazing!

Our manufacturers facilities are located in the US, Canada, Mexico, Latvia, and Spain, with partner facilities in Japan, Brazil, and Australia.

When will I get my order?

The estimated delivery time is 1-4 weeks.

It takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order (route the order and make the product), after which it’s shipped out. After the fulfillment the shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows: USA: 5-8 business days International: 10-20 business days.

Due to Covid-19 delays may occur on all orders!

Where will my order ship from?

We work with on-demand order fulfillment companies with facilities worldwide! Usually,  our drop shippers will ship the products from the facility closest to you, though the order may be rerouted if another facility can handle it faster. If you order several products they may be produced and shipped from different locations. 

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. In cases where custom fees occur you will be responsible for paying them. 

My Order Should Be Here By Now, But I Still Don't Have It. What Should I Do?

If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. You can also find the tracking information by logging on to your account. Please note that the tracking information is only available after the order ships out.

E-mail – The link and tracking number can be found in the note section of the e-mail we will send to you when we’ve finished processing your order.
My Account – If you’ve created an account at Pixla you can log on to the account and the tracking information should be available at Orders – Order Updates – Shipment Information. 

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following: 

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. 
● Ask your local post office if they have your package. 
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise—If you’re expecting a home delivery and you know you won’t be home to accept it, use an address where you know you’ll be!




If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at 
support@pixladesign.com. with your order number.


If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost. 

Pro tip: The zip code is the most important part of the address. Use a simple tool like USPS ZIP code lookup to make sure you get it right! 

How do I track my order?

Can my order come in several packages?

Yes. We route your order to the facility that can produce and ship your product most efficiently, meaning if you order several products they can be shipped from different locations, and therefore delivered in several packages.  

I've only received one of my products, where is the rest?

No problem, the other products are on their way. We route your order to the facility that can produce and ship your product most efficiently, meaning if you order several products they can be shipped from different locations, and therefore delivered in several packages.

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support@pixladesign.com within 14 days with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

What’s your return & refund policy?

We offer 30-day returns and refunds in any case you have received a faulty product from us.

If you’re not happy with your Pixla product and want to return your product you can do so by notifying us within 14 days from the date on which the good was received. When we’ve received and approved your return we will make your refund.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support@pixladesign.com within 14 days with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible! 

Which products cannot be returned?

  • The supply of goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. For example we cannot accept returns of underwear and swim wear if the original package has been opened. 
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.


We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. 
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

How do I return a product?

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement within the 14 days deadline from the date on which the goods was received. You can inform us of your decision by:


We will reimburse you as soon as we’ve received and inspected the returned goods. 

For the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were received in the last 14 days
  • The Goods needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • The Goods must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

The product needs to be returned in the original packaging along with the packing slip to the return address stated on the back of the original packing and packing slip.

Shipping & Customs

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. That means that you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs and custom fees when returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and custom fees will be deducted from your refund. 

 

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
